From the East (London and Southampton)
From the M27 eastbound, continue straight into the A31 (Ringwood Road). After approximately 18 miles (29 km) take the 3rd exit off the roundabout to join the A35. Continue straight along the A35 for 24 miles (38.7 km) then turn left to Shipton Gorge and Burton Bradstock. Continue straight along the lane through Shipton Gorge into Burton Bradstock. The entrance to Norburton Hall is halfway down the hill, on the left just after you pass the Burton Bradstock sign.
From the West (Honiton)
From Honiton, take the A35 signposted Axminster and Dorchester. Keep on the A35 for 22.5 miles until you reach the ‘Crown roundabout’ next to a pub and garden centre on the outskirts of Bridport. Take the 3rd exit B3157 signposted to Burton Bradstock and Abbotsbury. After 2.1 miles you enter the village of Burton Bradstock; turn left immediately after The Anchor Inn into Shadrach. Continue along this road into Shipton Lane. Drive along the lane for approximately 400m and the entrance to Norburton Hall is the first driveway on your right.
From the North (M5)
Leave the M5 at J25 and take the A358 to Weymouth, Yeovil and Honiton. Follow the A358 to Chard. Where the A358 meets the A303 at the Ilminster Travelodge roundabout, take the 4th exit signposted to Chard. When you reach Chard, continue to follow the A358 to Axminster, by going straight on at the traffic lights and then turning right at the mini roundabout.
On the outskirts of Axminster, follow the signs to Dorchester (A35) on the B3261 and then turn left onto the A35 at the T-junction. Remain on the A35 and after 12.9 miles you will reach the ‘Crown roundabout’ next to a pub and garden centre on the outskirts of Bridport. Take the 3rd exit B3157 signposted to Burton Bradstock and Abbotsbury. After 2.1 miles you enter the village of Burton Bradstock; turn left immediately after The Anchor Inn into Shadrach. Continue along this road into Shipton Lane. Drive along the lane for approximately 400m and the entrance to Norburton Hall is the first driveway on your right.
By train
